How to Return a Product

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to confirm the process. We operate three after-sales warehouses in the United States and will assign your return to the most suitable warehouse based on your location. Once confirmed, we will arrange the return shipment with our logistics partners to ensure a lower shipping rate.

Please note: If you arrange the return yourself, any additional costs incurred will not be reimbursed by us.

Return Process

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and components, if possible.

Refunds will include all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you selected a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Dacern Will Cover Return Costs If:

  1. The item is damaged or defective
  2. Parts are missing
  3. An incorrect or missing item was delivered
  4. The item does not match the description
  5. There was a shipping delay caused by us

Customers Will Cover Return Costs For:

  1. Incorrectly ordered items
  2. Unwanted items
  3. Finding a better price elsewhere
  4. Unauthorized purchases
  5. Items unsuitable for their intended purpose

What if You Received Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise?

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number, contact details, and photos of the damages (if applicable) to expedite the return or exchange process. Retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

If your replacement item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you with an estimated restocking date or suggest a suitable alternative.
