Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Time
Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may extend delivery times by an additional 2-3 days.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use FedEx for 70% of our deliveries, with some shipments handled by UPS and USPS. Most courier services are available for delivery.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $30 will receive a $2.99 shipping subsidy.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only, which includes the 48 mainland states. Please note that we do not ship to the following regions:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Other U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

- We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories outside the contiguous United States.
- Please ensure your shipping address is within the 48 mainland states to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.dacern.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
www.dacern.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
